Hey everyone hope all is well! This was the last week of the transfer and it was a really solid week. We have had tons of service opportunities so its been great.  So a few times this week we were able to have some tea appointments with members and it has been sooo good. I love to get to know the ward and members it's been so great to have that social interaction. We also have been on that video/phone call lesson grind so it's been good.  So I posted an ad of facebook offering free service and got a lot of response. One lady named Dianne reached out asking for help in her garden allotment. As we were helping her out some of the other ladies next to her garden were asking for our number. Dianne didnt want to share us it was so funny. We ended up getting a lot more opportunities with gardens and charity shops. I'm loving this service thing. It is so nice to get out and serve those around us.  We also recieved transfers this week. My oh my it was so stressful. Our mission Pr...

Sacrament!

Hey everyone hope you've all had a good week! This week went by pretty fast it feels like there are only 4 days in the week and it's all a blurr. This week was great because we got to take the Sacrament for the first time in 4 months. It has been a long time so it was nice to finally take it again.  This week consisted of lots of lessons and lots of walking. Even though she's a far away walk we still wanted to because we love being outside instead of confined to our flats. We trekked the walk there and set it by her door and walked all the way back. Our area is very hilly so that means we are always getting that calf workout (feel the burn).  Earlier in the week we had a lesson with Alana and she vented to us about her issues with her daughter and some other issues. We were able to calm her down and bring her some peace. Later that...

4th Of July In England

Heyo all my people! Sorry for no email last week I'll try to summarize these two past weeks into one email. This past week has blown by sooo fast which is great especially in isolation.  So these past two weeks we've tried to get out as much as possible even with the rubbish weather. Luckily we've had a few decent days and one or two sunny days. The zone leaders picked us up one day and we drove to the border of the mission and did a cool little hike and got to see the beautiful rolling hills. It was a great time. A few other hikes Elder Campbell and I did were really funny but very steep. We got to the top of the hill and got to see the overview of Halifax it was sweet. The hike also reminded me that I really miss mountains and these England hills are pretty wimpy in comparison.  As for the lessons we had during the week they've all been super awesome! We had a couple members flogg which is not normal. We did have some great lessons with Alana. She is soo funny and cra...
