My Testimony

Mom: Jackson, was asked to share his testimony for an event our stake is having in a couple of weeks. I thought I would share it with all of you, because he did a great job and I am so proud of him. 

"Hello, how are you guys?

I’m Elder Jones. I’m currently serving in the England Leeds mission and I’ve been out for about 6 months. 

I just want to bare my short testimony of being out here on a mission and how it’s grown my testimony. Early on in my mission I didn’t have the strongest testimony but as I’ve been out here, I’ve learned a lot about this book right here, The Book of Mormon, and the power I can receive from it. I know that as you consistently read this book and consistently study and ponder and pray that all things are possible through Christ. I’ve found that even in my hardest times struggling on the mission, opening this book has blessed me in so many ways and it’s helped me share the message with everybody else here in England and be more authentic. 

I can promise you guys that as you study the Book of Mormon consistently on a daily basis that you will find yourself being converted to the gospel. I know that.
