6 Week Review and Zone Conference 

Hey Everyone! Hope you've had a good week. Thanks for all the emails, I'll try to get to all of them. We had Zone Conference this Monday so we had prep day today. Anyway today was a good week felt the spirit quite a bit, reset our finding methods and the outcome is looking good. 

So first things first. I had my first driving lesson here in England and it is kind of stressful. I got the hang of it for the most part, but the streets here are so narrow I feel like I'm either going to hit the car or the wall. Oh and everything is opposite if you didn't already know. The drive on the left side of the road and right side of the car. Feels weird but I'm getting used to it.

The pretty average for the most part up until the 6 week review for all the missionaries in my group. We all met in Leeds and had a trading from Zone leaders and Assistants and President and Sister Green talked to us as well. I felt there love for us so much I'm so grateful for them. The whole meeting was a spiritual recharge for me and they were talking about how our group is the future of the mission and the mantle is getting passed on to us and we determine whether we go up or down. I learned I need to give all of myself to the Lord. It's difficult but definitely possible and he will mold me into who I need to become. Afterwards I talked to all of my group and it kind of felt like a family reunion. It was great to see them and the missionaries they've become. 

So on Monday we had Zone Conference and that's why there was no email on Monday. So Zone conference was really good. We received an amazing training from the zone leaders, Assistants, and President and Sister Green. We were also challenged to memorize the living christ by Christmas time. That'll be the hardest thing I have had to memorize in my life and my memory is awful. Pray for me haha. I got a lot from the Conference, but I'll share a few things I liked:

We can discover truth we do not create it.

Truth comes from God, and through the Holy Ghost we can know.

To continue growing spiritually continue to bear testimony, don't be complacent.

The Aggregation of Marginal Gains. To sum this up the Assistants explained how we should work on improving multiple aspects of our missionary work 1% and that will help us a lot more than if we work on 1 thing 100% 

Ok and the last thing that happened this week. So for weekly planning Elder King and I revamped our finding ways. We been having very little success in our area and have been getting no new friends. So what we did was ask God for a Family we can put on date by the end of the transfer. In turn we promised that we would dedicated no less than 2 hours of finding a day and at least 1 copy of the Book Of Mormon handed out. With enough faith that we can fulfill these goals I know our Heavenly Father will help us. So after zone conference we went knocking. The very first door we got to we made a new friend and handed out a BOM. This was crazy. Later down the line we came to a lady with a few kids and she did seem interested in finding a church for her and her kids so we were able to hand out a BOM to her as well. We are hoping to come back again and talk to her more to see if she is willing to take discussions. It was such a great time. I know the Lord has my back and I have faith in him that he will provide a way to those ready for the message.
